  1. I forgot to watch last sunday Anyone know if they repeat? Anyway, looking forward to sundays....just hope I remember this time!
  2. That is very kind of you! But yes I do have it already, I've had it for about 4 years and not got around to reading it, so I must do it this year!
  3. The Notebook by Nicholas Sparks No. of pages: 221 Rating: 5/5 Synopsis: The Notebook, a Southern-fried story of love-lost-and-found-again, revolves around a single time-honored romantic dilemma: will beautiful Allie Nelson stay with Mr. Respectability (to whom she happens to be engaged), or will she hook up with Noah, the romantic rascal she left so many years ago? Decades later, after Allie develops Alzheimer's, her beau uses "the notebook" to read her the story of the great love she can't remember. Review: I wanted to read this, like many people, after I saw the rather popular film, and I doubted the book could live up to how lovely the film was. I was wrong! The book is beautiful, both the style in which it's written and the story itself. I was so glad to see that very little had been changed in transition from book to film, and that in itself is pretty rare! Both Allie and Noah are incredibly loveable characters, and I'm so glad that Allie makes the choice she does, although it is pretty predictable that she will. I will definitely be buying more books by this author in the future!
  4. I've read The Pact, and have Nineteens Minutes but not read that one yet, I keep hearing good things about it, so I'll have to read it soon! :D

Yeah it is :D Such a fantastic book, I've just re-read it myself and fell in love with it all over again! I saw in your photo of your books that you have lots of Jodi Picoult too, I love her and have 9 of her books :D My favourite of hers is probably My Sister's Keeper, do you have one you prefer?

  6. Yeah I think so too :D Do you have a favourite book?

  7. Yeah I'm a big kid too, and no he hates reading, so I tell him off, because he's never read them so he can't judge! But you know what they're like eh?! Always right!
  8. Ahh, great, I'll have to buy it! I was thinking about A Message In A Bottle by him too, I remember there's was a film adaptation in the 90's of that and it was pretty good, so I can imagine the book is touching

  9. I haven't no, but I've seen the film, and it made me cry! Is the book any good? If so I'll have to pick it up :D

  10. Ahh, he HATES Harry Potter to the fiery pits of hell, and it kills him that I like it he says it's a "kid thing" and that adults who like them are silly, pfft, what does he know eh!?
  11. Haha, I want the adult boxset! I was trying to bribe my boyfriend to buy them for me for my birthday in a few weeks, but he doesn't want to :(
  12. I'm loving it :D There's a passage I love in the film and I didn't realise it was in the book too, and I was really happy when I read it :D Atm, I think I'm going to really love it when I'm done, I adore the film, so I can see me loving this too! Have you read it?
