  1. Beaches - I've loved that film for so long. Pay It Forward - Always makes me cry, every single time. Back To The Future -
  2. I'm exactly the same. Men are generally ****. They make pretty great mates though. Prefer their company usually.
  3. I'm the same. I've tried to like them a few times and I can never get into them. Think I already posted in this thread..but I'll say it again anyway (). I haven't walked out of a film before and I doubt I ever would. I'd just sit there and suffer if it was that bad. I paid to be there!
  4. People who brag that their passport photo is 'pretty good actually'. Yep, they do exist. I've met them. Knew some would agree with me!
  5. On average about 3 a week. Sometimes more, usually less. Hang on..that wouldn't be an average then, would it? Uh. Recently I've been reading 1 or 2 a week. If I'm reading a series then I can get through 4 or 5, maybe.
  6. I don't really have comfort food these days (stupid diet..). It used to be pizza though. And Twiglets, I could eat one of those massive bags of them, washed down with a coke. I was in heaven!
  7. I'm a 56 year old woman who has just found out my husband of thirty seven years is having an affair with my best friend. (Nice..)
  8. In her head, she knew what she was doing was wrong. Lessons In Heartbreak - Cathy Kelly.
  9. I 'argued' with my bf over True Blood too. He's impatient like me and begged me to tell him who the killer was. He would't give up asking so eventually I told him. He was like 'What?! Are you serious?! No! You've ruined it now!'
  10. I can't remember Vanishing Acts at all. Though I'm sure I've read it.
  11. I've seen it twice now and wasn't overly impressed to be honest. Have you read the book? It's an ok film and quite moving in parts but it doesn't do the book justice. Oh, and I went to see it twice because my mum wanted to see it.
  12. Nineteen Minutes was one of my favourites by her. I loved The Pact too.
  13. 21. ON CHESIL BEACH - IAN MCEWAN (03.07.09 - 12.07.09) It is June, 1962. In a hotel on the Dorset coast, overlooking Chesil Beach. Edward and Florence, who got married that morning, are sitting down to dinner in their room. Neither is entirely able to suppress their anxieties about the wedding night to come. This was the first Ian McEwan novel I
  14. I am a twenty three year old man working for a travelling circus and falling in love with my bosses wife!
  15. Pasta. Went out for a meal with my parents last night and had chips for the first time in nearly two months. They tasted amazing!!
  16. I thought that new Wuthering Heights book cover was an awful idea as well. I'm sure there's some fans of that book which won't be best pleased about that reference. And like you say Scarlet, Edward didn't actually like it, did he? I've seen the Volturi pictures too. Aro doesn't look quite like I imagined him but Jane looks amazing.
  17. Oh, I hate that, when people never answer their mobile phones. Both of my closest friends do this a lot and it drives me crazy!
  18. Our orders are the exact opposite. I love them all though really.
