  1. Kylie, how are you liking the series? I got the box set for Christmas and can't wait to get started! The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society was one of my favorite reads last year. I to found myself looking up facts and details about WWII, I wanted to soak up all the information I could about that time and what it was really like for those living through it. Looking forward to reading your final thoughts on Ellis Island, as I've just bought it and plan on starting it soon. Hoping to finish The Crimson Petal and the White today, and then I'm thinking I'll read The Help next.

    Hello

Happy to hear you're enjoying the forum. It really is a wonderful community of book lovers!
  3. Unfortunately I haven't read much of his work, just a few pieces that a friend of mine suggested. I should really make the effort this year to read more of his work. Thanks for the reminder! =)

  7. Thanks! I've read only one book of hers, After You'd Gone, which I loved! I was actually looking to buy My Lovers Lover and Distance Between Us, but both books are not easy to find here in the US for some reason. I read about 300 pages of The Crimson Petal and the White over the weekend. Getting close to the end and I'm dying to see what happens!
