mac- library cards are free here in the states but you need to show proof of address and that sort of thing- i need to get one too- i might go this weekend but my concern is that if i do go i'll find some other gems and i'll put down harry potter and not pick it up again- such dilemas- carm

madcow- im so very sorry about your loss- its a very difficult experience to go through- i lost my husband and mother within 2 days of each other in october 2005 and i never thought i could make it through that- but a little faith and talking to people to ease your grief will help- carm

many moons ago i started the oldest living confederate widow tells all and put it down because i got distracted by another book-- when i picked it up the second time i actually enjoyed it -
