My weekend is going pretty well. I went to the whitewater centre near my place to watch my friend do a course there. I rode my bike there and back and got a bit sunburnt

Today I'm planning to be lazy and read all day long Maybe I'll watch a movie or two later.

Haha. It's almost 9pm here. I should be having an early night because I'm tired but I'm very absorbed in watching Gilmore Girls and reading Club Dead (not at the same time though!).

Did you design the interior yourself or did you have an interior designer do it? It looks so professional. It reminds me of those beautiful houses you see being built on Grand Designs. Do you watch that show? They should have done a profile on your place

You're welcome. I remember seeing parts of your house when you posted Christmas pics last year, but I hadn't realised there were more to look at It really is a gorgeous and unique house. I could see myself living there comfortably! All of the colours and materials and...well, everything...just works together so well. You must feel so proud when you look around you at all you have achieved.

Oh no!! I still haven't done it

My boss probably knows. I get caught every now and then but I don't think anyone knows what it is that I look at. A few people know about my book obsession but I only have one friend here who I can discuss books with, and she's in another department so I don't get to talk about them often

I have 7 books waiting to be delivered now since Chrissy recommended a book the other day. I think I'll be getting 3 of them this afternoon.

Oops, no, I forgot to put it up. I'll try to do it soon, but I'm running out of my download allowance at home so I might not be able to do it for a while. I have to try to get in all my BCF activity at work.

My restraint is rapidly leaving me. I now have 7 books waiting to be delivered! I don't know whether to be annoyed at myself or just excited.

I had a lovely birthday. I had my birthday meal with Mum and Dad on Friday (Dad worked the next day, my actual birthday), and Mum took me out for breakfast on Saturday. Then my ex took me out to some book shops and we just generally had a good day spending time together.

Life is going well thanks Abby! Better than it has in a while, in fact How are things going in your new apartment? I saw that someone at your work left you an anonymous voucher for books - that is just so nice of them!
