I start by looking at the cover and the title, and if something catches my eye I'll look at the blurb and maybe read a page or two. So basically, I originally judge it by its cover, but I also read a bit to look at font size and stuff; if the font is too big it tends to be a book for younger kids.

I've read a Midsummer Night's Dream, and seen a bit of a new version, read and analysed the c**p out of Richard lll for english SATs, seen part of 2 or 3 versions on the TV (in lesson), and I think I've read a few more... And, basically: I CAN'T STAND SHAKESPEARE! I just think they're all boring and nothing happens.
