I absolutely LOVE this book. It is my most favourite EVER!! I love the way it is told from Black Beauty's POV, and I like the great long speeches all the characters seem to have!! I have a brilliant copy of it, which I got from Sandringham (the queens house!! ) which is in pretend leather (it's normal hardback really) and it's really nice. It has hundreds of fantastic little black-and-white pictures, and in random places, it has a few full-page colour pictures. It is SO NICE!! what do other people think of this book?

yeah, i read all the rest. i got to go with a few other peeps in yr 7 (im now in yr 9) to see eoin colfer. hes really funny, and then we were one of about 3/4 out of bout10 schools who got to get their books signed. so now ive got the first book signed. im really glad we went to see him, cuz thats the only reason i read the books!!

i refuse to read "the hobbit" by jrr tolkien, wasnt it? cuz we had to read it in class in year 6, and it was SO BORING!! i gave it a fair trial, i got to page 50, and when still nothing had happened, i just said to my teacher "I CANNOT READ THIS!!" and he let me off+said i could read something else. i dont know why we had to read it, we didnt have to do anything about it...

i was gonna read that, but ive got dial-up and it took forever to load, so i gave up in the end
