  15. Congratulations Oh Chatty One Love to hear what you think of the CS Lewis biography. I've read The Man Who Created Narnia: The Life of CS Lewis by Michael Cohen and thoroughly enjoyed it. He's a man who fascinates me.

  17. I can't tell you about US cheeses because I'm in NZ We are the largest dairy produce exporter in the world and still we pay exorbitant prices for our dairy products! The quote I gave you for the Wensleydale cheese, was one made here. Colby is similar to cheddar. Our main cheeses are Mild Cheddar, Tasty Cheddar, Colby and Edam with Brie, Camembert, Gouda, Feta and Blue Vein (shudder to that last one) all popular. There are lots of specialty goat and sheep milk cheeses made too. A 1 kg block of everyday cheese is in the $10- $12 price range. How does that compare to the UK?
