Where did you go , was it a fairly long trip. You were right though on losing weight. Calories and exercise is what counts. Diets are ok but in the long run it is calories and exercise.

Peacefield - It seems like windy and cold are a normal part of Cadillac mountain. I remember once we were there and everyone had their jackets and hoods fastened tight and we were all shivering. But, like you say the view is so beautiful that it is worth the "numbness".
