  2. I can't do the basics like tea! At school I have made: Hot Baguettes Yule Log Pizza Shortbread Rock Buns Butterfly cakes. I have also been known to help with the roast dinners. Just ask Angel!
  3. Hiya guys. I have been forgetting to write on my list recently as I am so busy. (homework mainly but also something else which is a secret for now). Anyway, I only managed to read half of Jane Eyre, I found it so hard! However, what I read was really, really good. Once I'm about 12 or 13, I'll try and read it. Now I am reading The Tide Knot by Helen Dunmore (I have been reading this since Monday and it's already very nearly finished) x

  5. Same here, but without the brussel sprouts. I have carrots and brocolli (sp?) instead. I love Mum's crispy potatoes that go with it!

  7. Lilywhite, I like what I've read so far, a few more pages and I can do a proper opinion. Today I went to Waterstones and got Kensuke's Kingdom by Michael Mopurgo.

  9. Well, what can I say? This book was fantastic. It was magical, and very detailed. I liked the idea of the story, and I think that Mr. Stroud did fairly well pulling it off! I'd love to find one of his other books, as reading this one has made me want to read more of his books and see what they're like.

  12. Hi Bagpuss! Glad to hear that your son is enjoying it. I like it, but we get way too much homework sometimes. But yeah I like it. (Got two more level 6's by the way! One for science, one for maths!) (Hey, drama was good today! A great laugh!) And Louise, I like Caroline Lawrence as well! Shame, I've read three of the books and I read the one that was set in Pompeii a few months ago, and I too can't remember the title either!

  18. Hello, I've finished it now and have the following feedback: It was a good story: lots of humour and every thing else. The plot was unclear, however. Wobbler was a good character, so was Bigmac.
  19. I'm half way through or so through the book, and I think it's fairly good. Apart from that, I am enjoying it all the same!

  21. OK, since North Child I have read What A Week To Get Real,The Resurecction (SP) Casket (a doctor who book), Christmas Carol. Now I am ready the only book in the Chronicles Of Ancient Darkness that I have not read yet, Wolf Brother. I am really enjoying it!
  22. I've read only three complete series. They are: 1. Harry Potter 2. Ingo- They have Ingo and The Tide Knot. Absolutely superb. 3. Chronicles of Ancient Darkness- Includes Wolf Brother, Spirit Walker and Soul Eater
  23. Now I'm reading North Child. Already about a fifth of the way through the book... I can't put it down at all!
