  1. Oh yes! I will add books on goodreads til I reach 2000! Then I look through and delete some when I think "will I really read these?" Then I add more. I don't really see too much of a problem. I'd rather have lots of choice than struggle to find something to read. Of course reading slumps are a different thing altogether.
  2. I personally need to read a physical book simply because I prefer it. I love everything about them and I find it very difficult to get into audiobooks. I do however think they are one of the best inventions.
  3. I put The Trouble With Goats and Sheep on my to read shelf. Really glad to hear you enjoyed it
  4. I am going to read Pride and Prejudice next. I have been looking forward to reading this for a long time. The only other book I have read is Sense and Sensibility and I really, really disliked that one. Despite that I do have good feelings about this one so fingers crossed!
  5. Northanger Abbey ~ Jane Austen
  6. The Girl On The Train 2016 Soooo good!!!! I have not read the book yet. Probably not the best thing to do but I really enjoyed the film.
  7. Her baking looks very good. It's her constant pouting I can't stand.
  8. That is a good amount to aim for. I have just read the 67th. I like doing the challenge on GoodReads. Next year I think I'll put myself a target of 65-75 Depends on how well I do with the last part of this year.
  9. Me neither Never have I ever taken a selfie
  10. Villette ~ Charlotte Bronte
  11. Ah well I'm glad you did enjoy it then I really want to read The Husband's Secret. Sounds right up my street.
  12. I am making my way through 10 horrible histories They include The Awful Egyptians, The Groovy Greeks, The Rotten Romans, The Vicious Vikings, The Measly Middle Ages, The Terrible Tudors (my predictions this will be my favourite), The Gorgeous Georgians, The Vile Victorians, The Frightful First World War and The Woeful Second World War. I could not resist getting them. £12 for these 10 with an RRP of £59!!!!!!!

    Heyya

Hello and welcome Your English is perfect! What are some of your favourite books?
  15. This is a hard question to answer because I haven't read enough authors to be able to name 10. The following authors I have read more than one book and enjoyed them. These are not in order and may change 1) Arthur Conan Doyle 2) Sophie Kinsella 3) Charles Dickens 4) Cecelia Ahern 5) Jaqueline Wilson (haven't read any of her recent books but was a huge fan as a teenager) 6) Stephen King 7) Helen fielding 8) Philippa Gregory I am also adding Emily Bronte and Mary Shelley as I have only read one novel from each and they are amongst my all time favourite books.
  16. Welcome
