This weekend I attended to a Design Workshop, it was really nice, some famous designers gave lecturers and also there was a workshop about Big Data. I enjoyed a lot but now I'm exhausted!!! The weather is getting worse, it's really cold and rainy so I will spend the rest of the afternoon in home.

Here it's dark by 19 or 19.30, I don't like it, I prefer the summer but I'm not depress about it. I'm a bit busy, in 3 weeks from now I have my English Exam so I'm very nervous!!! I'm having some problems for sleep, it always happen to me when I'm stressed or nervous about something. I hope I will sleep better in the following weeks. I'm reading a lot too but in English to improve my voabulary, I'm reading Mockingjay for the next movie and To Kill a Mockingbird in the English Book Club. I haven't bought anything for Xmas yet but I'm thinking what to buy for my family and boyfriend.

I hope I could improve my speaking a little bit and my vocabulary. In December I'm taking the Advanced English Examination (C1), the Cambridge's Exams, I'm very nervous, so I have to study hard this month but I hope I will pass!!!!! It's costs 200€ so I hope to pass it. I haven't find a job yet, I'm studying some courses but still is a bit depressing.

Sorry for asking but it's the first time that I want to join to a reading club. I have a Kindle but I don't know if I can read in it because of the chapters, most of online copies that I have doesn't have the chapters.

Bad news. I have the pain again! And this time I have it in my heel too. It's always in my right leg. I don't know why, I run slowly and a few time so.... I will go to a pediatrist to do a footstep study (I don´t know if I'm saying correctly in English) in order to know if I need insoles or is something wrong with my footstep. I don't know if I have to go to the doctor because the pain isn't go away and since Saturday... we are in Thursday.

I started an online course about web design and programming! I'm really happy about it! I don't like autumn and winter but it's what we have now!! I have a pain in my heel since Saturday, I went running and since that I have the pain, I'm a bit dissappointed because I want to start running and I can't, everytime I run I have a pain or in my knee or in my heel, in the same leg everytime. I will go to a pediatrist to do a footstep study.

Yeah, I started 2 + 3 minutes but maybe I run too fast, or maybe I increase the minutes too fast, for example I ran 2 + 3 minutes 3 days and then on the fourth day I ran 3 + 2. Last week I went running and my knees are good! So I'll increase the time slowly and run a bit slowly. How nice that you did a different route! I always do the same and sometimes it's a bit boring.

Frankie, Brian, yes, I'm new at jogging. I'm following a plan that I found on internet. I walk and jog. This week I did 15 minutes walking, 6 min jogging, 3 min walking and 6 min jogging. I think it's not too much, I'm not very tired. However, when I started to run more time, for example 6+3+6+3+6, then is when I have the pain in my knee. I went to the doctor and she said that it's not a lesion, only a muscle fatigue and I don't have nothing to do, only do some byciling in order to strengthen the muscles around the knee. I'm jog on asphalt because I feel very uncomfortable on lawn but I have a good trainers. frankie you are improving a lot!! that's wonderful.

Anna If you don´t want to continue in college, you made the right decision. It's very difficult to study and attending classes every day if you don't like it. And your folks will understand it. Athenea Yes! Chile is really far away, that's why I'm a bit sad but I think I have to get used to it. We talk by Skype and I hope we can go there for holidays some year. Today I went to a book fair and I bought three books, Frankestein by Mary Shelley, Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen and Brave New World by Aldous Huxley, did you read them? I didn´t but I want to since a long time so I'm happy to finally got them.

Hi! My weekend is a bit sad because my sister-in-law went today to Chile. She´s going to live there now so I will miss her a lot! I get along with her and it´s a pity that we can´t live in the same place. Athenea thanks for the video!!! I love the zoo but I haven´t been in one for almost 7 years! there aren't any zoo in Coruña so I only go to one when I go on holidays to another city. Virginia I'm glad that your heart is all right! I have some test in two weeks time too.

My weekend is very relaxed, most of my friends are on holidays in other towns so we didn´t go out yesterday, we see a movie at home. Today is sunny so I'm going to the beach. I want to go jogging but I can´t, I started a few months ago but when I went 3 or 4 times, I start to felt pain in one of my knees, always the same knee! And I don´t know whay, I have the correct trainers and I stretch after the exercise. It´s a bit frustrating .
