Practically every food has salt or sugar in it. The only thing you'd really be able to do it eat things with less sugar than other brands. I had Frosties this morning. With some extra sugar on top!

Have fun with that. It's even in Robinson's squash and stuff like that. I know it's in the Drench drinks which I absolutely love the taste of. Not really noticed it though xD

Not done much reading recently. Read a few pages yesterday during my wait between coaches but nothing dramatic. Hoping to pick up soon but could take awhile as I've got to start up on my essay again and I'm watching Vampire Diaries and doing other various things.

I hit torrential rain around about the time you posted this on the coach between Exeter and Plymouth. Heard really loud noises while it was driving along and thought it sounded more like thunder than the coach but I couldn't tell with all the noises on the coach xD Anyway, I'm finally home now! Mum and boyfriend both like my clothes I got when shopping with my aunt and my Dad's partner yesterday. Doing some more shopping tomorrow to get some heels. I finished Agnes Grey today and I am 1% into Emma. Found it interesting that in Agnes Grey there is a Mr Weston and there is also a Mr Weston in Emma.

I have read 23 1/3 of those books. Some of them are quite good novels.
