  1. Four In A Bed
  2. Hey! Welcome
  3. I've been looking at them. They look quite interesting. Moreso in that he has co-written the Wheel of Time books. Ah, I never realised it was a trilogy. My Mum just picked it up and then I read it. I thought it was a great read. Loved the world-building and it was quite visual. Do you know the names of the others in the trilogy?
  4. Someone come sit with me in the canteen while I wait for my exam?

Why thank you :P I was sat there eating sweets getting weird looks from the younger years.

  5. The Undateables
  6. I read this! It's a great read. Are all his others like this one?
  7. Apparently my nephew is Superman, @KiayaBenson is Batman, I'm Batgirl, Danny is Mr Freeze and Mum is Robin #SuperheroFamily

  8. Ah sweet. Sounds like a winner!
  9. Ah okay. And are they quite appealing to an adult audience as well as younger audiences?
  10. I've not properly watched it but my boyfriend does. I tend to catch him watching it every so often and steal a headphone off of him as I see something interesting but then get scared or something (I'm quite scared of zombies etc xD). But it's definitely a good series. We also played the Xbox game.
  11. The Simpsons
  12. I always wondered about the Terry Pratchett novels. Are they all separate? As I wouldn't want to buy a random book and find I was half way through a series or something. I have read some Raymond E. Feist novels as well as his collab with Janny Wurts. That series was quite good. Even though it was meant to be made up the clothing and the way things were described made me think of Japan. The Robin Hobb books are good as well. I read the one's about Fitz but I know there are quite a few others.
  13. Haha. I've noticed the Joe Abercrombie novels in Waterstones but not had the chance to look through and see what they're about. But the cover appealed to me. I will certainly take a look at the majority of these. And any others you have sound good as well. I will certainly look up quite a few on my Kobo when I've finished my current book. See if there are any previews or free downloads for any.
  14. Never heard of either. Are they separate novels or series? Any more information on either?
  15. I read this novel a few years ago and found it quite interseting. I love finding out about past civilisations and history/religion. My Mum brought this novel and I thought I would try reading it after her. It is about the life of Cleopatra but told through the voice of Cleopatra herself. I will post the synopsis from Waterstones. I found it quite a lot about the life of Cleopatra and it was quite gripping. Anyone else read this novel?
  16. Oh yes! I completely forgot about that series. I've read them all already. Need to wait for the next one which probably won't be out for another year or two
  17. I would say that science-fiction/fantasy novels are one of my favourite. Wheel of Time and such. Does anyone have any recommendations of books from that genre that they found really good?
  18. Not sure if many people have read his novels or not, but I definitely find them quite interesting. I haven't read many but I have read a few. More recently The Drop (unsure if that is his latest). Any opinions on his novels?
  19. Absolutely love the Jack Reacher novels. They may be the same in terms of the plot, conflict and all that; but I still think they're brilliant and I have read most of them. I'm looking forward to seeing the film though. However, I wouldn't have chosen Tom Cruise to play Jack Reacher. My Mum thinks someone like Liam Neeson should have played him.
  20. A slice of buttered toast
  21. Spaghetti bolognaise. Yummy!
  22. Blackcurrant juice
  23. Deal or No Deal
  24. Thanks. Nice to meet you
  25. Chick-lit wise would be Penny Vincenzi, Jackie Collins and Maeve Binchy. Might be some others but can't be sure right now.
