We have spaghetti with Boca (soy product) frequently.

Never tried that before. Not sure I even like soy products unless I can't taste anything haha.

Homemade cheesy fish pie with steamed baby new potatoes, carrots, peas, sweetcorn and spinach. Delish. :)

Tonight we are having sausages with roast potatoes and green beans. Maybe a yorkshire pudding or two as they always find their way onto my plate.

I love Beef stew and dumplings!

 

As hubby was cooking, he made pizza and hamburgers to feed my hungry children and their family who were visiting.

Tonight - dinner fit for a king and queen. :)

 

Fresh wild caught "King Salmon" from the pacific ocean off the shore of California (first of the season for fresh salmon in the U.S.)

mashed sweet potato with a little pure maple syrup mixed in it

asparagus with a little bit of parmesan cheese melted on it

 

Kendall Jackson Reserve Chardonnay wine

It's still asparagus season, so it's linguine with asparagus and lemon for us. :smile2:
