Hi Inver. I'm having some seriously down days and I am not looking forward to Christmas! I feel far from festive but I am going to make a real effort for the kids as they have had such a dreadful year. Thanks for asking ((Hugs))

Hi Maureen - it can get a bit difficult to get a word in edgeways sometimes - LOL!!!

Fingers crossed that it will be better this year - although some very difficult days and first anniversaries to get through.

Hi Nici - very up and down - silly things set me off crying, quite irrationally sometimes. I try not to get too down but sometimes it's just too hard. Mum seems to be fairly ok but obviously has some very low days....... Life can be quite tough at times doesn't it? Having said that, we had a quiet but very pleasant Xmas and New Year.

we're still waiting for the Inquest date there are delays due to getting statements from the ambulance service.

Perhaps you could try corsodyl mouthwash for your ulcer - this is readily available in Tescos and some bonjela. Hope it feels better soon (there was a delay of over 30 minutes before they arrived at the scene)

Aw Inver ((hug)) I don't think anniversaries are easy. Everyone expects you to be so cheerful at this time of year which makes it even harder in a way!!!
