Kimmy619 Posted April 6, 2009 Posted April 6, 2009 He's hotter as Edward than he is as himself! I totally agree! Have started watching the extras today, but my B/F keeps talking over it - grrr!!
Peacefield Posted April 6, 2009 Posted April 6, 2009 (edited) He's hotter as Edward than he is as himself! Although those photos of him in the latest GQ are mighty nice . I know he's supposed to be 'undead' in the movie, but the white caked-on makeup bugs me after awhile. I think he looks much more appealing in the restaurant scene - a little warmer. Oh yeah and Kimmy what is your BF even doing in the room while you're trying to watch the extras??!! You need your alone time w/Edward, doesn't he know that? lol Edited April 6, 2009 by peacefield forgot to add something

The cheek of it - talking all through it when I was trying to concentrate. I'll have to stay up late so I can watch it in peace when he has gone to bed
BookBee8 Posted April 6, 2009 Posted April 6, 2009 He's hotter as Edward than he is as himself! That's so true! They worked magic on him with Edward, he looks like a completely different person. I totally agree! Have started watching the extras today, but my B/F keeps talking over it - grrr!! I can't have that! My dad left the room because I kept pausing it every time he talked, coughed, sniffed, moved...blinked.
lexiepiper Posted April 6, 2009 Posted April 6, 2009 I can't have that! My dad left the room because I kept pausing it every time he talked, coughed, sniffed, moved...blinked. Ahahaha, I'm exactly the same, it annoys me when people do that
Nollaig Posted April 6, 2009 Posted April 6, 2009 I can't have that! My dad left the room because I kept pausing it every time he talked, coughed, sniffed, moved...blinked. I'm exactly like that. Someone so much as breathes I scream at them.
BookBee8 Posted April 6, 2009 Posted April 6, 2009 Ahahaha, I'm exactly the same, it annoys me when people do that Glad I'm not the only one. My friend is coming around tomorrow evening to watch the entire DVD with me again. She hasn't seen most of the extra features so I'm looking forward to her reaction on some of them. Such as, the vampire kiss montage!

lexiepiper Posted April 6, 2009 Posted April 6, 2009 Yeah I was tempted to get it, I was looking at it last night, but we'll have to see what happens with the money situation this week I suppose I mostly want it for the extras lol
BookBee8 Posted April 6, 2009 Posted April 6, 2009 Yeah, the extras were what I was most looking forward to.
Nicola Posted April 6, 2009 Posted April 6, 2009 Sorry Rox, but nothing will ever beat NuttyMadam's 'super duper amazing twilight love song' it has me absolutely dying of laughter every single time, if you want even more laughter, check out some of her Twilight related rants, she has gathered quite the hate-following amongst Twilight fans, I just think she's really funny Oh my god!!! Just got around to watching these videos!!!!!!!! I'm speechless! ......................................Yep, still no words!
Nollaig Posted April 6, 2009 Posted April 6, 2009 I have the jasper song in my head. Jasper, the vampire boy, turns my feelings, into joooooy ohohoh Jasper, the vampire booooy, etc.
mamfa Posted April 6, 2009 Posted April 6, 2009 my daughter is ott over it i know most of it now by heart you start to take it in after the 1000th time!!!!
BookBee8 Posted April 6, 2009 Posted April 6, 2009 Big News - My BF has been reading Twilight since December and has finally reached the final chapter! He'll probably finish that by June. Check out my avatar
BookBee8 Posted April 6, 2009 Posted April 6, 2009 Thank you, glad you approve! It's pretty much my favourite part of Eclipse.
lexiepiper Posted April 6, 2009 Posted April 6, 2009 Yeah mine too Katie I have loads of quote icons saved, some are pretty funny ^^
Nicola Posted April 7, 2009 Posted April 7, 2009 I have the jasper song in my head. Jasper, the vampire boy, turns my feelings, into joooooy ohohoh Jasper, the vampire booooy, etc. That woman is loopy!!! I still can't believe that she's totally modelled herself on Alice!! It's so embarrassing.....why would you do that!!??!! And that song................................................wow! :eek2::eek2::eek2:
Peacefield Posted April 7, 2009 Posted April 7, 2009 I'm scared to go watch Nutty's videos, especially after hearing a snippet of that Jasper song, man! lol I agree, BookBee, excellent avatar! I just finished that book so luckily I recognized the quote and I LOVED that she punched him! Annoying werewolf...
Nollaig Posted April 7, 2009 Posted April 7, 2009 I must say, that Jasper The Vampire Boy girl actually isn't half bad. She really was doing it as a joke, she doesn't actually think she is or could be Alice, and her other videos are pretty good. She's into performance, which is why she has a youtube channel. Also, she met her boyfriend on youtube, he came to live with her, and they made the two cutest videos I've ever seen. R.e. Twilight - I don't like werewolves in general. Even without that bit in the book, I'd still punch a werewolf. Oh, and I always call them shape-shifters. Even if Stephanie Meyer didn't bother mentioning that until the last book, she still stated that they are, so I don't call them werewolves and for me all werewolf related things in the books have been negated.
Peacefield Posted April 7, 2009 Posted April 7, 2009 I wonder what took SM so long to get around to mentioning shape-shifters? I was going to say I hadn't seen that term in the first 3 books and I've yet to read the 4th. I remember that term being used though in that old Val Kilmer movie Thunderheart where the Sioux could shape-shift, though, huh...
