I'mRose Posted March 22, 2010 Share Posted March 22, 2010 So I'm pretty new here though I've been lurking a while. I've always read a lot but during my college years my reading slowed down due to the amount of course work and mandatory books to read. Now that I'm done with college I call my self a born again reader with a lot of catching up to do. Favorite authors include Douglas Coupland and J.K Rowling (Yes I read the Harry Potter series more than four times, might as well say it). Right now I'm reading Pride and prejudice and zombies... I think this forum is absolutely wonderful and I have gotten a ton of ideas of what I want to read already. Looking forward to discussing all my favorite books with you all!! You read it and think, yes that is exactly how it is or look like. I really like the characters in Microserfs, it became an instant favourite of mine when I read it a couple of years ago. I wasn't so struck with jPod, but I've not been put of reading more of his novels - I have Generation X and would also like to give The Bubble Gum Thief a go.
