ned Posted February 28, 2010 Posted February 28, 2010 depends where you get it, at some places you should feel glad but at others you are missing a delcious heart attack. Just got to find out the best places.
Rawr Posted February 28, 2010 Posted February 28, 2010 I think chips and gravy are fine enough for me!
AbielleRose Posted February 28, 2010 Posted February 28, 2010 Half a turkey sandwich and some tortilla chips and bean dip.
Nollaig Posted February 28, 2010 Posted February 28, 2010 I have never had a kebab. I don't know how to feel about this. Me either. I'm cool with it.
ned Posted February 28, 2010 Posted February 28, 2010 I'm eating a Super Noodle To Go and a microwaved sausage roll from the corner shop. I really need to go proper food shopping at some point.
Mexicola Posted February 28, 2010 Posted February 28, 2010 What's a Super Noodle To Go? Lemon curd on toast.
ned Posted February 28, 2010 Posted February 28, 2010 What's a Super Noodle To Go? It's Super Noodle's rip off of a Pot Noodle
Mexicola Posted February 28, 2010 Posted February 28, 2010 Ah, I guess the clue is in the name really, I've just never come across them before! I had a pot noodle yesterday.
ned Posted February 28, 2010 Posted February 28, 2010 Stick with Pot Noodles. The Super Noodles were rank
Mexicola Posted February 28, 2010 Posted February 28, 2010 Will do. Thanks. I usually try to steer clear of any kind of potted noodle but sometimes the situation just calls for one. It can't be helped.
Nollaig Posted February 28, 2010 Posted February 28, 2010 Slices of processed cheese Can you tell I'm out of food?
Peacefield Posted February 28, 2010 Posted February 28, 2010 Toast with jam, and oh, water. Ugh. I'm out of milk so I couldn't have coffee .
Nollaig Posted February 28, 2010 Posted February 28, 2010 I hate that! I've been out of milk for days, so no tea for me. I wouldn't even mind having no food if I had loads of tea to drink. My instant mochas are all gone too
Peacefield Posted February 28, 2010 Posted February 28, 2010 Awww, sorry Noll! I know, I would rather be drinking coffee and be out of food . I have to go shopping too. I just got back home from being away two weeks and the place is pretty bare!
Johnny Carson Whit Posted February 28, 2010 Posted February 28, 2010 Can I just say how glad I am that I am not the only one that doesnt have a five course sunday roast lined up:mrgreen: A pie and frozen roast potatoes for me...oh the joy
Nollaig Posted February 28, 2010 Posted February 28, 2010 Haha I intend to eat well tomorrow, when I go shopping. @Peace: My brother has gone to the supermarket and I told him to get milk, so hopefully he'll get some. I also told him to get baking things if he wants me to go baking, but I don't think he will as he doesn't know what's needed and he hasn't called It was worth a shot!
Peacefield Posted February 28, 2010 Posted February 28, 2010 'Get baking things.' Yeah that's nice and vague there, Noll . Yay for milk and eating well tomorrow! I'm going out for lunch today and will have to stop at the market on my way home to get my groceries for the week. Good times! Right now I'm eating a pickle .
Nollaig Posted February 28, 2010 Posted February 28, 2010 Well he does know that baking = queen cakes, and therefore what's needed is just cake stuff, icing and cases. But he doesn't know what cake stuff (flour, eggs, caster sugar and margarine) is. He came home without saying anything, so I'm guessing that's a 'no'
Peacefield Posted February 28, 2010 Posted February 28, 2010 Did he at least get you some milk for your tea, Noll?
Lucybird Posted February 28, 2010 Posted February 28, 2010 Just finished teacake and now drinking a cup of tea
Nollaig Posted February 28, 2010 Posted February 28, 2010 Did he at least get you some milk for your tea, Noll? I shall go look! .... ... Nope. He must not have seen my texts. Oh well. Man I'm hungry.
