Chimera
Time to torture ourselves into insanity by picking 5 out of the dozens of books impatiently waiting in our Amazon checkout baskets! :) This is the wishlist thread for the secret santa event, the rules and organisation of which can be found here. Here you can post your wishlist of 5 titles, or 4 titles and a wildcard (any book chosen by the secret santa, if you want to discover new authors etc. and get a real surprise), your location and whether you will only send to members of your own country or are willing to send worldwide. When you do this, please remember that the maximum amount to be spent on a book is

Raven
Surely the idea of taking part in a Secret Santa is that you will get something random, that is a bit of a surprise? If people are going to tell people what to get, why not just buy a book for yourself and save everyone the postage and hassle?!
Kylie
I think it's at least partly to ensure that people don't receive something they already have/have read. Personally, even though I'm not taking part, I like the idea of receiving a book on my wish list. That way you know you'll get something you love (but yes, I understand how that can be defeating the purpose a little).
Chimera
Yes as everyone has very different tastes in books it seemed easier to give a list. But those who do want a complete surprise use wildcards.
