Stephanie2008 Posted November 26, 2009 Posted November 26, 2009 Homemade (well apart from using Dolmio )
ned Posted November 26, 2009 Posted November 26, 2009 So Thursday is your Dolmio day then. I like homemade, the stuff you buy in the shop has hardly any meat in it and it uses a horrible tomato sauce.
Stephanie2008 Posted November 26, 2009 Posted November 26, 2009 Yeah, althought I usually have two Dolmio days a week because I love it with pasta, or in spaghetti
Peacefield Posted November 26, 2009 Posted November 26, 2009 A gigantic turkey dinner is calling me for this afternoon, so if I get hungry again before next week I'll probably be having turkey leftovers .
Talisman Posted November 26, 2009 Posted November 26, 2009 Pasta for us as well - not lasagne though, just as it is covered in yummy pesto sauce.
paperplane Posted December 1, 2009 Posted December 1, 2009 Mi goreng with shallots and fried egg on top, like on the packet
BookJumper Posted December 1, 2009 Posted December 1, 2009 Dinner with daddy at Indian restaurant - honey chicken, here I come! Nom nom nom...
Kell Posted December 1, 2009 Posted December 1, 2009 Ooh, yum - honey chicken is a fave of mine. I LOVE Indian food! I made an entire slow cooker full of Northumbrian broth - it's GORGEOUS and I'm enjoying a big bowl right now with some crusty bread.
BookJumper Posted December 1, 2009 Posted December 1, 2009 Me too although I'd never tried honey chicken until the last meal I had with my dad (he's a big fan of Indian food, too ), when it instantly became my #1 favourite curry on the first mouthful... yum indeed. May I ask how Northumbrian broth is prepared? I am taking it that it is different from other broths; how so?
Stephanie2008 Posted December 1, 2009 Posted December 1, 2009 Spag Bol, yes, yes, yes:mrgreen: I had that last night I'm having leek and potato soup tonight.
anisia Posted December 1, 2009 Posted December 1, 2009 Nutella on toast. It does count as dinner... right?
AbielleRose Posted December 2, 2009 Posted December 2, 2009 Left-overs (still!) green bean casserole, scalloped corn and ham.
Inver Posted December 2, 2009 Posted December 2, 2009 We are out to the Marcliffe hotel for dinner tonight. Someone from Graeme's work has invited a select few for a farewell retiral meal. Nice not to have to thinik what is for tea...although still have the boys to feed I suppose, but have taken mince out for them.
Talisman Posted December 2, 2009 Posted December 2, 2009 We usually have our main meal at lunch time as I work most evenings. Today we had egg, chips and peas with Quorn ham.
Maureen Posted December 2, 2009 Posted December 2, 2009 Will be Risotto Marinara, which I haven't done in ages!
Stephanie2008 Posted December 2, 2009 Posted December 2, 2009 I'm thinking maybe chicken and mushroom stir fry tonight
lexiepiper Posted December 2, 2009 Posted December 2, 2009 I had jacket potato with cheese, coleslaw and some chicken tikka pieces
