BookJumper
We're having pork belly joint. I've never cooked one before so I had to invent: I rubbed salt and meat seasoning into it, drizzled it with some olive oil and glazed it with a couple of spoonfuls of honey... I hope it works :eek2:! Chrissy
I have two things cooking at the moment. A Chilli Con Carne, and a Turkey hot pot. I couldn't decide which I wanted, so as each can carry over until tomorrow, I thought "What the heck?!" They do create very different aromas though, so the kitchen smells quite funky right now.
