Kirsty_S Posted October 11, 2011 Posted October 11, 2011 My first fantasy book was probably Enid Blytons Enchanted Wood but I'd say it was the Chronicles of Narnia and the Chronicles of Prydaid by Lloyd Alexander that cemented my love of fantasy. First horror was Mary Shelley's Frankenstein. As for Sci fi, haven't read any of that Quote

Phil1980 Posted March 18, 2012 Posted March 18, 2012 'Once' by James Herbert which I really enjoyed, but found some of his books to be quite mediocre, Rats is good but overrated Quote
Laia Posted March 21, 2012 Posted March 21, 2012 My first fantasy book was Harry Potter (the first collection book) and I read it when I was 9 years old.
