Nollaig Posted January 19, 2009 Posted January 19, 2009 I'm out of pasta sauce, so unless I feel like going to town later (I don't) I'm not sure what I'll be having.
Charm Posted January 19, 2009 Posted January 19, 2009 We're having left over chilli (always tastes better for some reason ) with either chips or baked potato and salad, probably the potato option. Call up and join us Roxi! We have plenty... hate to think think of you stuck on your own!
Nollaig Posted January 19, 2009 Posted January 19, 2009 I would love to, but you're about 4 or 5 hours away and it would be cheaper to buy some pasta sauce than travel to N.I.
Charm Posted January 19, 2009 Posted January 19, 2009 I would love to, but you're about 4 or 5 hours away and it would be cheaper to buy some pasta sauce than travel to N.I. True! Keep forgetting how far it is Oh well .... more for us!!
BookBee8 Posted January 19, 2009 Posted January 19, 2009 I have no idea what I'm gonna have for dinner. I'll have to raid the fridge later and hope there's something edible there!!
Ben Posted January 19, 2009 Posted January 19, 2009 To be honest, I don't know what I'm having. Might have enchiladas or something, not sure.
~Andrea~ Posted January 19, 2009 Posted January 19, 2009 Shepherds pie tonight. With baked beans probably.
Ben Posted January 19, 2009 Posted January 19, 2009 Well, it seems I had a roast beef dinner. Was lovely!
Nollaig Posted January 19, 2009 Posted January 19, 2009 Damn cravings. I'm having *gasp* pasta. With a red wine tomato sauce, so a little different today.
Guest ii Posted January 19, 2009 Posted January 19, 2009 I didn't feel like cooking, so eggs and anchovies on rye. I love that!
Peacefield Posted January 19, 2009 Posted January 19, 2009 Lexie - that sounds like our version of tuna noodle casserole which was a staple growing up! Do you put anything crunchy on top while it bakes? My mom was a fan of cornflakes, lol. I don't usually cook much on my 9 and 10 hour work days and today is no exception! If I don't feel like having leftover chicken when I get home I'll probably just have popcorn! SO yummy.
lexiepiper Posted January 19, 2009 Posted January 19, 2009 We usually just have cheese on the top ^^ are cornflakes good to add too?
bethany725 Posted January 20, 2009 Posted January 20, 2009 Homemade toad in a hole Umm.. WTH is that?! Tonight, I'm thinking easy spaghetti.. it's just so simple and breaks up the monotony of Indian food!
Ben Posted January 20, 2009 Posted January 20, 2009 Homemade toad in a hole WTH is that? Isn't toad in the hole, like a sausage in a yorkshire pudding.
Chrissy Posted January 20, 2009 Posted January 20, 2009 Isn't toad in the hole, like a sausage in a yorkshire pudding. Yep - it sure is! Yum! I will be making a sausage hot pot later. Lots of veg, tin of tomatoes and a generous splash of chilli sauce!
frankie Posted January 20, 2009 Posted January 20, 2009 Feeling rather lazy today so will just put hot chicken wings in the oven.

Charm Posted January 20, 2009 Posted January 20, 2009 Feeling rather lazy today so will just put hot chicken wings in the oven. You're gonna be able to fly soon with the amount of chicken wings you eat!! No idea what we are having tonight
