Poolmonkey
Has anyone been to see the new James Bond film Skyfall yet ? Any good ? I`m still not sure about Daniel Craig as Timothy Dalton was my personal favourite but Goldfinger was my favourite Bond film... so far !! chesilbeach
We're going next week, but I have high hopes since all the reviews say one of the best ever Bond films.

Poolmonkey
Oh, let me know what you think - Hubby and I never go to the flicks as we like different types of films, but this could be one for both of us.
Ben
I really want to go see it but it's just juggling time at the minute. I will go eventually though.
Ophelia
We don't go to the cinema that often. Used to go quite regularly but got a bit fed up as always seemed to be surrounded by people munching, slurping and chattering during the film. However, I would like to see the new Bond film and so may 'bite the bullet' as it were. Favourite Bond film so far: From Russia with Love
Inver
Yip. saw it on Friday...really enjoyed it.
Timstar
Saw it yesterday and really liked it, but I still prefer Casino Royale. Javier Bardem is great as the villian though.
dex
This is Not a Bond film after the first 10 minutes. They turn it into a thriller, which is fair enough, but they should have spread the action over the whole film.
muggle not
We saw the movie Saturday and really enjoyed it. At the beginning of the movie we were surprised as the car in the car chase driven by the villain was the identical car my wife drives, even the same color. All in all I thought it was a very good film.
Janet
I saw it on Friday. As a non-Bond fan I quite enjoyed it. It is very far-fetched and I still can't believe what a crap shot with a gun Bond and the other agents were though! I didn't know Judy Dench was being written out so that was a bit of a shock. The Moneypenny thing was a bit ridiculous! As I said, I don't really 'do' Bond - but I think Daniel Craig makes a good 007.
emelee
Saw it at the end of October. LOVED IT! One of the best Bond-films IMO. I think Daniel Craig is the best Bond, which says a lot because I was very sceptical when I heard he was the new Bond. But he sure has convinced me. Skyfall is love for the present and the past. Homage for 60s Bond. THAT CAR!! And the ending was very unexpected!! Loved those twists. Left the cinema looking IMO, Top 5 Bond-films: Casino Royale Dr No Goldfinger Skyfall Golden eye
