  1. I will, the first page or so about the boy not seeing the point of school and all it entails is just like him!
  2. Haha Sari, you've worked out our ploy!! I'm afraid I have to admit that TPT is not for me, I quite enjoying the first quarter with the playing with words but it didn't last, I'm not a fan of children's books now I'm older and whilst I might see if Robbie would like it I don't think I will finish it on my own.
  3. I'm enjoying it very much at the moment (about a quarter of the way in). I may have a couple of hours child free time tomorrow and the forecast is good so I may finish it in the garden.. if the weeds don't get me first!
  4. Big Bang Theory.. I've always liked it but never watched it much but my 10 year old has developed an obsession for it! I was worried it might not be suitable but the only bits that may be a little risqué seem to go over his head!
  5. Ha! Sadly my computer skills are more those of a 100 year old great granny who has never seen a computer before!
  6. Thanks Sari, it was all the excitement of a group read, it went to your head!
  7. I finished Starshine by John Wilxox yesterday, a hugely powerful fictional (though based on true stories) account of life in the trenches during WWI. Definitely entering my top 30 books of all time list. Now starting The Phantom Tollbooth by Norton Juster.
  8. Check post 7 above Sari.
  9. Have you not checked out Goodreads today?
  10. Well done Kell, very impressive, how have you achieved it? I know you've been exercising/dancing, and you have two small boys but clearly diet has played a crucial part. What would a typical day of food look like in your home?
  11. Coconut water with a squeeze of lime.
  12. Great news! Well done Sari! Onwards and upwards, don't let anything stand in your way! :)
  13. I'll try and get around to it soon!
  14. A large glass of Pinot Grigio.
  15. We went to the seaside with the kids and dogs today so I wore cropped blue jeans and a cream lace backed top with my Skecher Go Walk shoes, so comfy and cope with any terrain yet don't make my feet hot .. They coped with Vesuvius last week! Feeling chilly now home though so have changed into joggers and fleece jumper to watch the footie on the telly.
  16. I had a lovely healthy breakfast, 2 hard boiled eggs, an avocado and some sun dried tomatoes, lovely. Now on a visit to the south coast and looking for some fish and chips though!!
  17. Will do Janet, I'm trying to save it for the new Vanessa Diffenbaugh which is out in September. I'm sure I must be able to hold out that long, particularly with it being the school hols at the mo, no time for shopping!
  18. Denim capri's with a fitted navy tshirt and a navy and white checked shirt over the top, summer meets autumn!
  19. Have had a reasonably quiet week this week after our holiday last week. Off to London today to meet a friend, starting at the Imperial War Museum, while my daughter and her friend head off for some retail therapy in Oxford Street.
  20. I agree, wear what makes you happy and that you feel comfortable in! Off out to Zizzi's with family and friends so it's navy skinny Fat Face leggings and a lime green White Stuff (another of my fave clothing brands) lightweight knit, will jazz up with a little silver jewellery.
  21. I don't have a fat face, it's a clothing brand, maybe you don't have it in Ireland?
  22. Boyhood, pretty good and I had to appreciate the work that went into filming it over so many years.
  23. Great idea! I am generally at least 80% Fat Face. Today it's FF fitted jeans and a horizontally wide striped navy and cream FF 3/4 sleeved top. If I go out I'll probably wear my blue Toms canvas shoes.
  24. My book token has arrived already! Thanks again Noll and everyone who voted for my doggies x
  25. Well done Gaia, i loved your pic, and the patience required to create it! Thanks everyone for your Obi and Jojo votes, Obi is humbled, Jojo is chasing her tail!
