I have just started this book and it is confusing to say the least. Should I know who all these people are? Should I start with his other books? As long as everyone else is confused I will keep at it!!

With work etc, I normally read 2 books a month.

I thought the TV show was good, but the book was much better. TV Cersei does not do the book Cercei justice (she is super mean). He will have to jazz up sesons 4 and 5 quite a bit - just to stop the snores
