  1. I did look on there, was going to post it for other people when I got round to it, but you done it for me, thanks. I do like both those bookmarks, I also like the notebook, So I might get the notebook soon.
  2. Thank you, I'll have a snoop on the internet later to see if I can.
  3. Its cross between JLS album, Ellie Goulding and Taylor Swift. I have like a range of different genres.
  4. I used to go to my local Library every week when I was a kid, use to take out the maximum books that could be take out (8 books) and I use to read like 4 or 5 in that week and then I took those books back and got more books out. When I got into secondary school I never really used my local library, only the school library every Tuesday and Thursday in my first and second year for homework club, but in year nine up to about year 10 start of 11 I started using my local library again, but to use the computer with my best friend. After I left school I stopped using the Library all together. But I am thinking about using my local and main library again when I finish reading books that I haven't read on my shelf.
  5. Proud born and bred Brummie, or Birmingham in England.
  6. I turned 22 last month (8th Jan)
  7. That is such a cute bookmark, where did you get from? Before reading twilight I use to copy my nan and fold the corner of the page, when I got my twilight books, I made a bookmark myself dedicating it to Twilight, and now I'm currently using some cardboard from my amazon parcel.
  8. Currently reading Stargazer by Claudia Gray planning on finishing it tonight or tomorrow, Just over half way into it and getting really excited, After I finish it I'm not sure which book I would read next, not sure if I wanna carry on finding out about the characters and read the third book ion the series (Evernight) which is Hourglass, or read something different.
  9. Thank You for all the warm welcomes. Chesilbeach I've really started reading fantasy romance the past year, I'm quite new to it. So I haven't heard of Morgan Vampire series, but I will look into them, at the moment I'm currently reading Stargazer by Claudia Gray, Evernight Series, and have another four books on my shelf before ordering more books from amazon. But yeah I will look into them. Kidsmum I haven't watched True Blood or read the books, Its never really interested me, I was a bit of one episode but just couldn't get into it. Plus I'm not a great fan of TV.
  10. It all depends on the postage and package you have and the time of year it comes out.
  11. I would say Waterstones is the best book store mainly because it is pretty much just a book store, however I normal getting my books from amazon as they are a lot cheaper and free postage and package, because with Waterstones and WHSmith they use the price what on the back of the book, however with amazon the books normally a lot cheaper.
  12. I've totally FALLEN head over heels with this book, and I so can not wait for passion to come out. I love the twist in the book, yes I am going to compare it to Twilight, because with Twilight it is a straight forward book and its pretty obvious whats going to happen, However with Fallen it kept me on edge and wanting to read more every time I put it down and when I wasn't reading it I was thinking about it and whats going to happen. This also happens with the follow up Torment.
  13. I know I'm a little old for it but I watched Angus, Thongs and Perfect Snogging on DVD the other day, It just makes me laugh all the time, as I was pretty much the same trying to fit in and getting a proper boyfriend etc and trying to find my way, even though I still am now.
  14. Thank You for the welcome, and thanks for liking my nickname, its been like for about 8 years now. To be honest I am kinda not enjoying Twilight as much, but I do give credit for it, because if it wasn't for twilight I would have fallen in love with other fantasy romance books. I would still be reading my horror and crime books.
  15. For me when I was 13 Harry Potter was getting more popular I was reading books what my nan was reading, the likes of Let's Meet on Platform 8 by Carole Mathews and House of Echoes by Barbra Erskine, which was mainly based for adults, so when I got the change to read Harry Potter I read the first 30 pages and I just couldn't get into it at all. However when Twilight came out I think I gone back a stage and got back into the Chick romance books, however it wasn't just the geek girl fall in love with popular boy, boy don't notices girl, girl end up with him at the end, it was something different, the boy wasn't just a boy, there was something else about that boy, he was a vampire and it was like he could kill her anytime, I wanna see what happens with him. However there are better vampire books out there then Twilight. If I do end up reading Harry Potter again, I might just end up liking it. But as for the Films, I do prefer Harry Potter.
  16. Hey all, just joined the forum, I've been wanting to join a bookworm community for a while, mainly because my boyfriend does share interest in books as I do. Anyways. My names Lisa, I'm 22 and Live in West Midlands, UK. I've pretty much been reading all my life, I use to take 8 books out each week from my local library, however now I like to stick to one book at a time, as I get to much into that book and don't wanna miss anything. I like reading all sort of books, such as crime, romance, horror, pretty much anything apart from non fiction books. At the minute I am going through that phrase of Vampire and romance fantasy books, and yes it is to due with Twilight. My Favorite book series at the moment is the Fallen series by Lauren Kate.
