Hi Everyone, I thought I would pop a post on here to say hello as I have not been on for about 6 months you may have forgotten me lol. Von here, I live in Newcastle with my Husband, Daughter, two adopted Greyhounds, six cats and assorted tropical fish. I am reading Birdsong at the moment by Sebastian Faulks, I picked it up at a local jumble sale and have not been able to put it down, surprised me totally and a very poignant novel. I usually read crime, thrillers but I have been dabbling with other genres last book read was the Memory Keepers Daughter, too many books in the house on the too read pile and not enough hours in the day lol! I must tell you all this............I watched Benjamin Button last night...........well most of it the DVD went off about 10 mins towards the end............I love the fact that teenage daughters never put DVD's back into their cases........ARGGGGGG!!!! I was really really enjoying it too, not to worry

Perhaps it's more than needing a baby for Lexi, she thinks she should be the perfect wife and in being that she needs to give Carl children. Sally Oliver has really working well with this storey line. Poor Lexi has never had the 'perfect' life imagine finding out that your sister is your mother! I can see her nerves fraying with eposode. BUT my nerves are fraying with the faye/mark storeyline PLEAAAASSSSSSSSSSEEEEEEEEEEEE no more!!

I have not read the Rat's but I have read 48 that was fantastic. It was a little spooky how I was recommended that read. Someone (a lady) just put her hand on my shoulder and said 48 in my ear as she was leaving the train. I can only assume that she had seen me reading Creed and thought I might like it.......................I have never seen her again to ask! Spoooookkkyyyyyyy..........

Hello folks Well I missed out on all the fun last night, I should have taken my lap top upstairs with me and joined in. I had a great night in Russia, apart from the red wine flood on the bedside table but I wont dwell on that! I have to say all my doubts were laid aside about Graham Nortan.......he made the night........not sure about the fish bowls though I had bad dreams about them! Wow folks what a fairytail ending ..........highest votes ever!

I have just been boring my husband with details of the new rules, voting and cost of calls etc. He did listen to all my waffle then said its ok you will be watching it upstairs anyway!!! Early night for me, me thinks........hehe
