of course he did. Don't know if you watched Confidential, but they had 60 minutes of footage to cut down to 45(ish), so there may have been more humour in the script that had to be cut perhaps? It's always worth judging two-parters after the second part, like you said, but I thought there were a couple of little nuggets in there, so I'm not too disappointed.

Anyone still watching other than me? I loved tonights episode again, and can't wait for part two next week. Not sure if Chris Chibnall has written for Doctor Who in the past, but he has definitely written loads of Torchwood, and I thought the script was really good this week. It really was The Doctor who drove the episode this week, and the small cast were excellent.

I've been really lucky as well, as the library seem to have bought some new copies with the new cover, so apart from the first one, all the ones I've borrowed, I've been the first reader, so it's been like having my own book, without the hassle of having to find space on my bookshelves after I've finished! Don't give me more ideas! I'm up to my neck in series of books as it is. You know I can't resist your suggestions, so now I'm off to Amazon to check out Raven Hart

I had 4 pages of Circus of the Damned left to read when Doctor Who started, so I had to put it down I've now finished it! Really enjoying the Anita Blake: Vampire Hunter series so far, and have book four from the library waiting to go next.
