Arlene used to annoy me sometimes, especially when she was flirting with the men! But she is an ex-dancer and a choreographer, and she knew her stuff. I don't think Alesha will be able to provide constructive criticism like Arlene did, I think she's so nice and bubbly she'll just tell everyone they're great! I like Alesha, and wanted her to win when she was dancing, but if they really wanted her as a judge I think she should have been added to the existing panel. That way, with five judges we wouldn't have tie situations anymore.
