Yeah, you are a motivator. Once you keep recording losses you will become addicted to the feeling and it gets easier and easier, you just have to get into the rhythm.
I could probably lose more than that. I don't exactly know my ideal weight is. I was in really good shape when I finished school at 17 and I was 90kg then. I figure I am pretty big though, I am almost 2 metres tall so 100kgs sounds healthy.
