  1. I'll definitely read any book that appeals, whether it's 600 pages or only 70. But I guess I don't really expect much from really short books, I don't expect them to become a favourite of mine or anything.
  2. Nice review . Despite it's obvious flaws, I gave Twilight 10/10 too as I just loved it so much.
  3. Really? What didn't you like about it?
  4. I thought The Green Mile was as good as the book. Maybe better, it evoked more emotion for me.
  5. Welcome!
  6. Help! It's my BF and my anniversary next week and we've decided to go out for a meal and to the cinema. Trouble is, we're so indecisive that we can't choose which film to watch. We've narrowed it down to these two. So, I'm putting it to a vote with you guys! Help! Which shall we go see? Slumdog Millionaire or Watchmen? Any opinions very welcome, good or bad, even if you haven't seen either! Thanks in advance!
  7. I've only got six bookmarks. One metal one, three multi-coloured ones and two Twilight ones. The metal one is my favourite at the moment! It's all pretty with lots of colours on it.
  8. I saw these at MK Bowl a few years ago. Thought they were amazing.
  9. Not actually read any of them but I've got The Outcast on my TBR pile and I've heard quite a few good things about it. Bargain!
  10. I read Over by Margaret Forster ages ago and I still remember how I was quite surprised by it. I agree, it's such a small, quick read but it's quite powerful.
  11. I don't mind vanilla but I do tend to cover it in chocolate sauce. I haven't had ice cream in ages! I love the Ben and Jerry's brownie one.
  12. Glad you enjoyed Noughts & Crosses, are you going to read the other three?
  13. Oh my days, I love those so much! I haven't had them in years though. I must go out and buy some. I haven't had dinner yet. I think I might have yorkshire and sausages.
  14. It makes me want to go on holiday!
  15. I have but I can't really remember it.
  16. I enjoyed them both equally but for different reasons. She's apparently writing two more books after The Host, so that'll be good.
  17. Ah, I remember that one! I really liked that one too. I wish that it could actually exist, how fun would that be.
  18. When I read the series, I didn't really know what the rest of the world really thought about them. So, I was surprised at first when I heard people actually hated Breaking Dawn. But now I can see why it wouldn't appeal.
  19. I wasn't overly keen on the ending to Breaking Dawn either. But I didn't dislike it as much as other people seem too. I prefer it to New Moon. Nice review.
  20. I agree with what you said about some parts not being needed. I thought that too.
  21. I've ordered Darkly Dreaming Dexter. Your reviews of the ones you've read are making me so excited to try them!
  22. Thanks for this review, it's made me interested!
  23. My Sister's Keeper and PS I Love You. I didn't find either of them anything special.
  24. Me too, if I ever fancy it, it's always at an odd time. I rarely fancy 'breakfast' food in the mornings.
  25. I had a mini pizza, chips and spaghetti.
