finally has broadband back up. At one point we were actually told by BT that we didn't even have a Bb contract with them. Promptly asked them who the hell sent us the letter that says different and what the hell were they taking the money out of my account for??? So infuriating

Went to Walmart for chapstick, came out with cookies and soda. *sigh* Forgot the chapstick.
