    finally has broadband back up. At one point we were actually told by BT that we didn't even have a Bb contract with them. Promptly asked them who the hell sent us the letter that says different and what the hell were they taking the money out of my account for??? So infuriating

      My brother had problems with them too Charm, they kept saying he did not have a contract when he plainly did, if he did not have a contract why would they switch his service off? when he had in fact paid his bill! very annoying, hope you are okay xx

      So it's a common thing with BT then? lol I happend to tweet last night that I was having probs and asked if anyone else was having probs with BT. Then bt_faults followed me and asked me the problem! They took my details and story through direct messages and when I got up this morning Bb back on! Such a surprise! They were actually pretty helpful. Must be new, they're only following me and 9 others lmao
