Hi Jo. Hope you're well. RE: Perfume, the book adapted well to film, partly because the casting is excellent. It's beautifully shot and the images are quite visceral. It still evokes strong sensory imagery. You'll like it, or I'll eat my hat (don't worry, I have several as a back up).
