  2. Don't think I've ever read an autobiography.
  3. Good to see you getting on through some good reads, let us know your analysis of the books.
  4. Ah, of course, Twilight! Certainly a discovery for 2008 that was good.
  5. Yeah, I'm enjoying it, love the characters! *Dustfinger* ;)

Ok, good luck with that, try not to fall asleep!

  6. It didn't offend me in any way, because I knew the title wasn't been used in the wrong context, but I did notice nevertheless.
  7. Ha, you caught me. I was popping on during lunch, just to check if I had any pm's. I didn't stay online. And yes, I'm loving Inkheart so far, but not got very fair into it yet. (About half-way). You having/had a good day?

  8. Well, I'm an average Twilight fan, so I might give this a shot. It sounds good from your recommendations.
  9. That's getting worrying!
  10. I so couldn't cope with all that moving around. Don't you like get upset making new friends to leave them so quickly? I imagine it's hard moving from country to country, when you've met so many people that have become friends to you. Has anyone else had these experiences?
  11. No, your right, I was a bit shocked when I read the title as well. Hm, I don't mind if my books get wear and tear just from being on the shelves, but if someone damages one through carelessness, then I get kinda' mad.
  12. Wow, I would not be able to cope with that, someone trying to read over my shoulder would be the ultimate the annoyance. I agree with what Anisa said; if you feel the need to read on the tube, then get your own book!
  13. Finally making some head-way, thanks to the fact I logged off for a while! On about pg200, which is slow going for me, but it's great so far. I can't wait to see what happens to the characters as the book develops.
  14. Lol, fair enough. I haven't mentioned it before though, I don't think, so I certainly wasn't accusing you of missing it.
  15. I'm sure I'll manage that.
  16. Ohh, certainly do! You'll be happy you did, I thoroughly enjoyed them.. and are considering reading them again as it's been a while.
  17. I suppose technically I'm reading a chunker, as Inkheart comes in at a total of 543 pages.
  18. You read very fast, like me really.. Glad to see you've had some good books this year, I see 10/10's all around.
  19. Ha, I'm only 15, so I don't hardly ever drink wine. I probably could If I asked more, but I never bother. I asked if I could over Christmas though, and I don't know what we had, but it was pink, and it was very very nice!
  20. The Hobbit - For some reason I just can't for the life of me get going in this book. I've attempted to read it several times and just haven't been able to do it. I might take it on holiday with me this year, then I'll have a better chance of reading it.
  21. Call me Ben. And yeah, you know what I mean! If you enjoy it, then go for it.
  22. ii - If you want to have your fine wines then you go ahead!
  23. Can't beat a bit o' pizza, what you having?
  24. 'Rain fell that night, a fine, whispering rain.' A very short sentence to kick things off. Inkheart by Cornelia Funke.
