Me too, I'll let you know my thoughts. It does sound really good, all thanks to you for recommending! Yeah that's true, but I needed to traipse out to get my phone fixed anyway. So while I was there I thought I might as well pop into Smiths, oh and get a smoothie from BBs and a jam donut from Greggs as well, hehe. I get the impression I might enjoy this one..

I bring news of the first purchases of 2010. Congratulations to me on lasting seven days.. Oh wait, due to weather conditions I've barely been able to get into town for the past week or so. No congratulations deserved after all. In any case, WH Smiths was beckoning and here is what I walked out with: Breakneck. - Erica Spindler. (Kelly's recommendation..) The Historian. - Elizabeth The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. - Steig Larsson. Kiss Of Evil. - Richard Montanari. (Damn, just found out this is the second in a series, why do they never make these things clear) Good choices huh? Them decisions were not heavily influence by the forum.. honest. As for actually reading anything today, that hasn't happened, been too busy with revision. Reading activity counts as buying though, so I'm letting myself off.

Yep, that's the best plan there is. There is no point planning out exactly which books you're going to read and in what order or anything because like you say, your mojo can come and go, and tastes can change throughout the year. So yeah, random dipping in from me this year I should think.

Yeah that was probably one of my least favourite Narnia stories as well.

It is indeed on my TBR, might need pushing up then. As it happens I remember reading The Skin Gods on holiday, so I've obviously done it the wrong way around. Don't think it matters though.. And I know! It's rising rapidly everyday, but of course I blame BCF. I've never bothered to make a Wishlist before, always just picked up what I thought looked good.

Okay well I certainly fit that criteria of course, I'll make sure I get a hold of these soon.

Great review Lexi, another one to keep an eye on/add the the wishlist, it seems. I've heard these recommended by Kell as well and from you review you make them sound worth looking at.

I do hope so.. Might be making a trip to town a bit quicker than I thought. As soon as this snow clears of course.
