Beetroot. I have never liked or ate it all these years but I really like it now. It is lovely in a sandwich with ham or corned beef.

I have just had an early dinner because I am going to work soon. I had lasagne with peas and broccoli and clotted cream rice pudding for dessert.

I remember in the early 80s when I was little my grandmother used to buy a brandy and orange flavour ice cream from Mark Toneys, I have never found anything similar since but that will always be my favourite. I also really like Ben and Jerrys Cherry Garcia.

I was thinking about this earlier and was thinking that I have never tried haggis, venison, sharon fruit and artichokes! Will get round to trying most of them someday, although I don't really like the thought of eating venison so will never try that.

What is your all time favourite meal? I love most Chinese food but I also love roast beef with Yorkshires and all the trimmings!

Just had some brushcetta with tomatoes and a big bowl of apple and plum crumble with Cornish ice cream. Yum.

I am from England. I was born at the Royal Free in London and lived in Hampstead for the first six months of my life. My mother moved back to the North East when I was a baby and I have lived in Newcastle ever since.

I have to recommend this book as it is a lovely book to look through with an interesting concept.
Frank warren distributed 3000 blank postcards with an address on asking people to mail him any secrets they have for an art project. He asked them to be as creative as they could in terms of illustration and design.
The result is both interesting and imaginative. There a huge variety of confessions, from funny to heartfelt and there are some beautiful illustrations.
I highly recommend this book to anyone. My older sons have also looked through it and found it interseting. It is a lovely coffee table book and one of those books that you would keep returning to every now and then. I am definitely going to buy the other postsecret books that Warren has brought out.
