I love it too! It was the first Carole Matthews book I read. I thought it was so emotional - had me in tears!
The first book I ever read as an adult was 'With or Without You' so then I bought all her others Its a great book and it isnt like your usual 'chit lit' type
-
I agree, for an unpredictable Carole Matthews book try Let's Meet at Platform 8.
Oh thats one of my favourite books of hers I love it, one of the first books I read and I'm still always think about it and the main character
-
Mt TBR is slowly cutting down, isn't it?
I've had some great reading time so far this month, 8 books already and they have all been ok or brilliant
-
I dont think Carole Matthews is either
-
Has anybody read the book? I really didnt like it, one of my worst reads this year
-
I saw a couple of books of hers....but wasn't sure I would enjoy them. Are they in sequence?
No they are just stand alone
-
You could try http://www.fantasticfiction.co.uk if you type the authors or books you like they will show you similar ones

I really enjoyed Mondays 'Child- Louise Bagshawe'
Now I have no idea what to read
-
I have 'Paradise Fields' but have not yet got round to reading it
-
I've read 'If you could see me now' which wasnt the best book I've read I have also read 'Where a rainbow ends' and 'PS I love you' which were both ok reads. My favourite was 'Where a rainbow ends'
-
I've just read 'Mondays Child' and I did enjoy it, I have another one of hers which I will read soon
-
That made me laugh as it sounded so much like some American women who are constantly on some diet or another. I can just picture you, sitting with your ladyfriends on liquid lunch, comparing diets "...but I'm on South Beach." or "...but I'm not eating carbs" ... "I'm on 'read 3 buy 1', it's been agony, but it's really showing results!"
 I think I'd rather be on the cabbage soup diet than this one
-
LOL theres hundreds of them but I've only read a few, one or two of them were an OK read
Im just hoping to read more to get my TBR down and theres a few books I want but I'm on 'read 3 buy 1'
-
I watched this last Saturday, it was funny and I did enjoy it, but it was to predictable
-

I finished 'Lucy Blue were are you' it was ok but bit boring So then read 'Trouble with valentines day' I dont recommend little black dress books lol they are quite rubbish
Hmm I dont know what to read now!
-
If I start a book I will finish it but will read a few inbetween if its really bad
-
Oh I was hoping to read a couple more in May
-
Finished 'sex and the city' at 5am It improved a little bit but it wasnt the best book I've read
With my credit I bought Lucy Blue Where Are You- Louise Harwood
-
I'll probably watch a few episodes and then get bored Each series seems to be getting worse and worse
-
I watched the first episode and maybe the second, but I didnt think much of it
-
Im reading 'Sex and the City- Candace Bunshnell' I dont think its that good
-
I can only think of 2 at the minute:
1. Playing the game- Sarah Sands
2. Sally- Freya North
I wouldnt recommend either of these, I dont think they even have a story if they do then I dont know what it is!!!!!

Me and OH dont really look at prices when we are having a meal, we just order what we want, drink what we want and as long as we have a good time it doesnt really matter, I think the most we have paid so far is £160 between 2 of us. It was worth it and we did get a couple bottles of wine
