I just finished reading Blood Ties and I enjoyed it, think I will be buying the rest in the series
-
I can't remember 'that' bit and I only read it last month
-
No I have too many books to read and plus I have only been reading properly for a couple of years. I think I will end up reading some of my favourite books one day but not quite yet
-
I enjoyed reading that book too, it wasn't on my TBR long. I don't know whether to buy 'A Spot of Bother'
-
Thanks. Yeah I don't think I'll put a time scale on it, although I will try to read atleast one a month. I think I'm going to try and read in order so I can keep track I'll see what happens and it also depends in what books I am able to get.

To help me find books for each decade I'm going to use http://www.fantasticfiction.co.uk/most-popular/?year=1900&genre=
I just typed in the year 1900 and loads of books have come up so hopefully I'll find a good one.
Are we starting this now? and is it one decade/book per month?

I just didn't read much and there wasn't a book which stood out, I don't mind how many books I read, just a shame none of them blew me away
-
I'd love to join in this challenge I don't have any suggestions for other books though
-
And then there were none is also my favourite Agatha Christie book - though I really like all of them very much.
I already have a couple of her books and am thinking of getting them all. Does anyone know whether there is a pubilshing house that has published all of them, so that one can get the books as a series?
Thats one of my favourites along with H.P's Christmas

Read 'Vanishing Acts' its not as good as 'Plain Truth' but still a great read
-
I'm dying to read 'Neverwhere' I,ve been looking out for it for ages
I love Ben Elton, I read 'Dead Famous' a couple of months ago and since then I've read 'Popcorn' which I thought was good and 'Blast From The Past' which was my least favourite.
I do have 'Gridlock' on my TBR but it doesn't really say pick me up

Like most of you, my dream job is to own a second-hand bookstore, but till then, I'd love to work at the library. So, I'm in the process of trying to do that now. Keep your fingers crossed for me. Thanks!

Reading List 2008
Everyone Worth Knowing by Lauren Weisberger- I thought this was kind ok but very similar to 'devil wears prada'!
Rosie Dunne by Cecelia Ahern- otherwise known as 'where a rainbow ends' this is my fav of hers!
If You Could See Me Now by Cecelia Ahern- bit weird but was good overall.
Undomestic Goddess by Sophie Kinsella- I liked this alot!

Well, I have to say one of my favorite characters in mysteries happens to be Stephanie Plum from Janet Evanovich's series. Stephanie is a bounty hunter and these books are humorous and a little raunchy!
Our local library has classified this series as mystery so guess this would work. I'm reading Fearless Fourteen now.

I have recently read Hard Eight and I loved it Heather Wells from Meg Cabot's Size 12, 14 and big boned is similar.
Miss Marple is one of my favourites, shes just too clever
-
Oh thanks I'll move it up a bit then
-
Oh I really hope Bec's gets evicted She is just the most annoying thing!!!
-
I have "Anybody Out There?" but I've been put off reading it because I haven't read any of the other books in the series
