That was the first Mo Hadyer book that I read and I really lovrd and couldn't wait to get another one although it took me 7 years to come across one and that was Pigs Island.

The famous Five wheren my faourite too and I had forgoton about Heidi I have not read this book in years and it is the only one I have read at least 3 times must get it again and have another read. -
I watched the program last night too and I agree with you it was very interesting seeing how he copes and how people are working hard to find a cure. It was so sad to see a great author having these problems.

I've read her books both series and loved them, have all the Harry Potter books too and loved them.

I have read a few fantasy books by different authors and enjoyed them all but I have to say that my all time fave has to be Anne McCaffrey and the Pern series. Now her son Todd has started wring on his own. His first book Dragonsblood was brillient rhe same standrad as his mum as he wrote with her in 2 books about pern and this is his first book about Pern.
