I got a sony reader touch for Xmas, Love it! There are plenty of books for free (project Gutenberg, google books etc) and lots for very cheap (waterstones even allow you to search on price then genre/author etc). There are cases that have lights built in so thats not really an issue and so far it been all positive for me, I especially like the "create note" function where you can pinpoint something you highlighted instantly to re-read or refer to. Thumbs up from me

sounds like your copy of IE is corrupt (more so than default, the evil corrupt program that it is! ). Not sure if IE can be removed? I know it certainly could not be in the past, if it can be, remove it and re-install it, if not, you will probably just have to stick with firefox or similar till you can have a re-install done. The only other thing I can think of to try is this - create a new user account on your computer and see if its IE works, it could be a profile issue with your install.

Very true, the press love to blow things up but usually their tall tales are true at the core (which I hope they are not in this case). We got a source on this?

The part I like is that he says the system flagged it as being an age restricted product. But that system had to be programmed and approved..meaning MULTIPLE adults in a position of influence within that business (and who hold a vote for our elections, sadly) believed that to be accurate. *edit* EPIC! In our land of CCTV I DEMAND video of this.
