Aren't Mike Gayle's books classed as Man-Lit? I've only read the first three books in the Blossom Street series so these are the only ones I can comment on, but I wouldn't class them as chick lit, more just general woman's fiction.

Reading this thread has made me want to reread the series.

I started watching the DVD boxsets a couple of days ago, starting off from the pilot episode - it's great watching it from the very beginning again with all the old original characters. And I'd totally forgotten how hot George Clooney was back then!

I liked it. I admit that there was a lot of information missing and a lot of unanswered questions but I still liked it!
