  13. Not everyone's cup of tea I know however I have read and enjoyed most if not all of her books. My favourite is 'Other People's Children. In today's Guardian there is a called review of her latest book called 'Friday Nights'. Trollope is referred to there as 'The Queen of the Aga Saga' because most of her stories are set in the Cotswold villages and are about the characters who live there. Anyone else enjoy JT? If so, what is your favourite?

  18. Finished 'The Perks of being a Wallflower'. The next book I wanted to read OH has not finished. He keeps telling me how good 'Rumours of a Hurricane' by Tim Lott is but I can't wait for him
  19. Finished this evening. Hmm.... not a great read. Easy and quick and I like the letter writing style. On the positive side the author captured the essence of painful angst of the teenage years which I see currently in my own 15 year old lad. I originally purchased the book for him but he hasn't shown a lot of interest at the moment - ho hum!!
  20. Hmmm.... can you explain?
  21. Last night I saw Omid Dhajili with OH - I laughed and laughed
  22. Have 'Mercy' on the shelf - not read yet - and will stay there for a while if that's what you think!! Enjoy 'The Book Thief'.
  23. Finished 'The Book Thief'. Not decided on the follow up as yet.
