I have a suggestion for the Rocky Road recipe. When my Mum and I made it recently we added 100g of copha and 3 blocks of chocolate (instead of 2). It gives it a thicker chocolatey base and it's yummo! I can't remember how many grams were in each chocolate block, but it was less than 200g.
