23. The Midnight Library - Matt Haig - 4/5 - Enjoyable read. Person is between life and death and has a choice of which way to go. She is given a book of regrets that she may have had in life and is given the opportunity to go back and relive the regret and decide if it will changer her life to a better one than she currently has. Sunday Mornin' Coming Down - Kris Kristofferson
I am reading The Midnight Library by Matt Haig. I am only about 20% into the book but like it so far. If you enjoyed the film A Wonderful Life then you may enjoy this book.
21. The Forsaken - Ace Atkins - 3.5/5 - Not one of his better books.
22. The Wind Knows My Name - Isabel Allende - 4.5/5 - I enjoy all of Allende's books and this one was no exception. Story starts out in Vienna during the start of WWII and continues through a number of different Countries with different people involved. About the middle of the book I was wondering how everything would tie together but tie together it did with an ending that almost brought tears to my eyes.
I just started "The Wind Knows My Name" by Isabel Allende. Beginning of book takes place in Vienna as World War II is starting. I am finding that the book describes 3 or 4 different stories and I am anxious how they tie together at the end. Allende is an Author that I enjoy.
I have had all my shots. Thanks for the get well wishes.
Yes, I had the test and it was positive. Symptoms are diarrhea, sore throat, cough and tiredness. Last night my cough felt like someone was rubbing sandpaper in my throat.
