My GD will return home this Friday. She was a counselor again for the summer this year at a girls camp. She also taught swimming to the girls. Once again Malia and Sasha Obama attended the camp. I haven't talked with my GD for a while but will probably talk with her when she gets home. Our son told us today that it was 96 degrees in Florida and he worked outside in the heat, luckily his job is in the shade. He said that he was drenched by the end of the day.

I really like the Tesla. However, I would rather have owned stock in Tesla 52 weeks ago and still own it. 52 weeks ago the stock was $26 a share , today it is going for $153 a share. Quite an increase in value. An investment of $50,000 would be worth $294,230 today. Quite a gain in 52 weeks.

Tuesday evening we went to a restaurant that we had not been to previously. We were both very pleased with the meal. I had a seafood gumbo comprised of scallops, shrimp, crab, and a little sausage over red beans and rice. The dish was well prepared and the seasonings were perfect.
