    good luck to my daughter and everyone else getting their GCSE results today. Pity the media have to scaremonger hours before some of them are allowed to collect them - my daughter is a nervous wreck.

    Brother cut my hair, about 30-40cm of it, and I now have the shortest hairdo since I was a kid, and I never thought I'd look good with short hair but I can't stop looking at myself in the mirror, bro made me prettyful :)

      frankie - it's a purée/mash up of chick peas, garlic, tahini paste (made from sesame seeds, I think?!) and lemon juice. It's gorgeous! I put fresh coriander in mine sometimes. (and sometimes I just buy it from Tesco!)

    Today I'm proud to be Finnish. The petition released only today, to advocate an equal marriage law in Finland, has already received the needed 50,000 signatures and so the petition will be presented to the Finnish parliament this year :)
