  1. Finished Moab is my Washpot by Stephen Fry yesterday. A very frank and honest account of his first 18 years. 9/10
  2. We had scallops last night - they're lush! I've never tried Oysters (salty snot as my friend described them) or snails! I can't think of anything else specific at the moment, although obviously there will be lots of things I've never tried.
  3. Not yet - I'm going to try to do the adult one first. But any suggestions are welcome.
  4. 1997 - Moab is my Washpot by Stephen Fry (non-fiction) - 9/10
  5. Happy birthday, Maureen - hope you've had a good day! :)

  6. I've not heard of this author before and I don't often read historical novels but I've just added The Kitchen Boy to my Amazon Wishlist - it sounds good.
  7. Thanks. It's from a few years ago now. :)

I love yours too - gotta love Pooh bear! :D

  8. Hopefully he'll be okay. He was so cute! I've gone off Casualty in recent times. I used to watch without fail, but I tend to prefer Holby City these days.
  9. They annihilated Blur's Song 2. I wish they'd just have the proper songs. Tom was great again tonight, as was Austin.
  10. For some reason, I recall it as just me and Bunce. Moab is my Washpot by Stephen Fry.

    Hi!

Our slogan should be - BCF - the home of the addictive personality! Welcome - have fun.
  12. Awww. My son (nearly 14) is now but my daughter would probably dress up as a witch or cat still!

  13. Oh, tricky. Why do you have to decide - is it a new role? I think you should be able to try the job first before you decide, if so.

I was thinking of looking for an office job again now that both children are at secondary (my job at Tesco is not bad, but not something I want to do long-term) but I'm not sure that now is a good time to jump ship - so you have my sympathy. :friends0:

Hope you manage to come to the right decision for you. :)

Yes, they're my children - it's a couple of years old but I wanted to get in with the Halloween theme!

  14. Thanks. :)

Yes, they're my little people - it was taken a couple of years ago when we went to a Halloween party!

  15. Pah - I'd sooner have Stilton than Louboutins. Whatever they are...!
  16. I love cheese, it's my favourite food. Personally, if a dictionary defines it as cheese then it's cheese. I don't mind whether it's mild or smelly. Yum! Stilton ftw though!
  17. But it is cheese! How to make Paneer cheese
  18. It's called Paneer. I love Sag Paneer (spinach with cheese) it's yum! I'm fairly certain our Tesco stocks paneer - I've certainly never tried making it.
  19. Hello - welcome to the forum!
  20. Hi Robin - hope you enjoy it here.
  21. Hi - welcome to the forum. Have fun.
  22. Hi Bindi - welcome to the forum - have fun. I don't like day-time TV either - not even Loose Women!
  23. His next book, A Thousand Splendid Suns, is awesome too!
  24. I do! I have the boxed set too - my hubby bought it for me for my 40th birthday.
